About Philip Fulton

I began studying Yoga in 2003 as a means to improve my rock climbing. I couldn’t believe the power and flexibility I developed through a consistent yoga practice. Not only did I experience improvements in my physical strength and stamina, but I also found mental clarity – that same ‘connection’ I experienced on the rock was there on the yoga mat. Yoga opened my eyes to alternative ways of healing the body, which led me to take up the art of Thai Yoga Massage. In addition to offering Thai Yoga Massage, I also teach group yoga classes at Inner Evolution Yoga in Redlands, CA.

WHAT IS THAI YOGA MASSAGE?

Thai Yoga Therapy is an ancient healing art based in the principles of compassion. It provides deep bodywork in a flowing, moving meditation, leaving the client feeling invigorated and restored. It incorporates many different techniques such as massage, energy line work, reflexology, and yoga.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE MY FIRST SESSION

You can prepare for it much the same way you would a regular yoga class. Refrain from eating a big meal right before the session. Thai Yoga is done wearing clothes. Loose comfortable fitting is preferred, something you can move around easily in. If you need neck and shoulder work, an open back shirt or tank top works best. Remove ear rings and necklaces.
